Benefit Highlights

  • Important Update Regarding Health Screenings: All employees who enroll in a Chemours medical plan for 2021 will be eligible for reduced medical insurance premiums in 2021. No health screening and/or enrollment into a tobacco cessation program required.

  • New! Bright Horizons Back-up Care and Family Support Services: Beginning October 15, 2020, you will have access to caregivers who are employees of Bright Horizons or one of Bright Horizons' contracted trusted partners, who have passed a comprehensive background check, are trained in CPR and First Aid, and are trained specifically for back-up care. Family Support Services include virtual academic supports, eldercare planning services, and pet sitters.

  • New! SoFi Student Loan Repayment Benefit—As of June 1, 2021 includes a Chemours contribution of up to $1,200 per year for up to 3 years, for qualifying student loans. The maximum lifetime benefit is $3,600. Eligible employees are those who completed an undergraduate or vo-tech/technical degree within the last 3 years.

  • Your health is the most important priority and that includes your mental health. ComPysch is the provider for your mental health and EAP benefits and includes coverage for anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, gambling, and eating disorders. Beginning of October 2020, we added a tobacco cessation program to the ComPsych services. For more information or to find a provider, call ComPsych at (866)974-7366 or visit compsych.com

  • Aetna One Advocate (A1A) Managing your health and benefits can be challenging. To offer personal support and improve your healthcare experience, Chemours provides free, confidential advocacy services to you and your dependents enrolled in a Chemours medical plan through Aetna One® Advocate (A1A) available to help you find healthcare providers and get the right care.
